This system controls the engine for marine propulsion from the wheelhouse or control room. It sends the rotational speed order and other commands with the ability for engine condition monitoring function. The “M-800-VII” model released in 2022 is equipped with the latest network functions, LCD screens. The design allows for flexibility and expandability.

Supports ship-land communications and IP networks

To meet the increasing need for onboard data visualization due to the widespread use of ship-land communication systems and onboard IP networks, we will provide strong backup for customers’ operational efficiency including remote diagnosis.

Obtained the world’s first ABS cyber safety certification

The development of ships with advanced control technology, including autonomous ships, is progressing. On the other hand, cyberattacks targeting ships are occurring more frequently. The M-800 series helps improve navigation safety, and received cyber safety certification aimed at protecting against cyberattacks on ships. In January 2023, the M-800 series received an official ship inspection and certification from the American Bureau of Shipping.
