1971

Became independent as the “Ship Division” from the Vehicle and Ship Division of Nippon Air Brake Co., Ltd.

1988

Integrated with pneumatic equipment and lubrication equipment division to become “Control System Division”

1992

Changed company name to NABCO Co., Ltd.

1995

Established after-sales service base “Nabmic B.V. (currently Nabtesco Marine Europe B.V.)” in the Netherlands (Rotterdam)

1997

Established after-sales service base “Nabco Asia Pte. Ltd. (currently Nabtesco Marine Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd.)” in Singapore

1998

Integrated with the hydraulic business in the Seishin plant and became “Control Systems and Products Division”

2000

Established sales and production base “Nabco Marinetec Co., Ltd. (currently Nabtesco Marinetec Co., Ltd.)” in South Korea (Busan)

2002

Established after-sales service base “Shikoku Marine Customer Service” in Japan (Shikoku)

2003

Changed company name to Nabtesco Corporation. Marine business became independent and became “Marine Control Systems Company”

2013

Established sales and production base “Nabtesco Marine Machinery (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.” in China (Shanghai)

2023

Greek (Athens) IT company “Deep Sea Technologies” became a subsidiary
